I had made arrangements with Austin to come down to Florida for the weekend. He arrived Saturday night. So, for the daytime fun we went to the Florida beach.
It was a beautiful but very windy day.
We didn't stay all day long but enjoyed a few hours of beach time.
We picked Austin up from the airport and just had a relaxing evening that night.
Sunday after church we decided to go for a drive to a local nature preserve.
It was really beautiful and we saw a lot of different wild life as well.
Alligators galore! Some were pretty big!

This huge one was sitting on the side of the road but when we got too close, he slithered back into the water

We went to an area that had a bunch of manatees.
They have this way of sitting in the water with just their backs showing, so it's pretty hard to tell they are there, just have to trust me.
